Keep It Simple Stupid (web series)

Keep It Simple, Stupid (referred to as K.I.S.S) is a comedy web series created and written by Juwan Chambers and Diamond Tillman, with Chambers directing all episodes. The show follows a neurotic young man named Juwan (played by Chambers) who plans to propose to his live-in girlfriend (played by Myracle Clay-Bennett) with the help of his best friend (played by Tillman).

The series marks Chambers' acting debut. Initially conceived as a two-minute short film, the concept evolved into a four-part mini-series with the help of Tillman. The episodes, each approximately two minutes long, are reminiscent of Issa Rae's Awkward Black Girl in format and tone.

K.I.S.S was written and filmed in May 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. The episodes were released on YouTube on June 12, 2020. A continuation of the story, titled Something New, followed shortly after.
